Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 25 August 2026
These terms govern your use of this website and, where you enrol, the provision of DocLearnings programmes. By using this website you accept these terms. If you enrol on a programme, the enrolment agreement you sign takes precedence wherever it differs from this page.
1. Using this website
You may use this website for your own information and to enquire about or apply to our programmes. You may not use it to submit false information, to interfere with its operation, to copy its content for commercial use, or for any unlawful purpose.
2. Information on this website
We take care that programme information on this website is accurate at the time of publication. Curriculum outlines, durations, hospital allotments, fees and dates may change. Nothing on this website is an offer to enrol you. An offer arises only when we issue you a written offer letter naming the programme, the partner hospital, the dates and the fee schedule.
3. Applications and enrolment
- Submitting an application does not guarantee a seat. Seats are limited and subject to eligibility verification and hospital capacity.
- You must give accurate and complete information. We may withdraw an offer or terminate an enrolment if information you gave was materially false or misleading.
- Your enrolment is confirmed only when you accept the written offer, complete the required documentation and pay as set out in that offer.
4. Fees and payment
Fees, instalments and any additional charges are set out in your offer letter. Fees must be paid by the dates stated. We may suspend access to the programme where fees are overdue. Withdrawals and refunds are governed by our refund policy.
5. Hospital placement and stipend
Hospital allotment is made by DocLearnings in consultation with partner hospitals. Location preferences are considered where possible but are not guaranteed. Where a monthly stipend opportunity applies, the amount and payment terms are set by the partner hospital and confirmed in your offer letter. DocLearnings is not the payer of that stipend unless the offer letter says otherwise.
6. Attendance, conduct and patient safety
- Programmes are full time and carry attendance requirements set out in the enrolment agreement.
- You must at all times work within the scope of practice permitted by your qualification and by the hospital's policies, and under the direction of your supervising clinician.
- You must comply with the hospital's rules on patient confidentiality, infection control, dress and conduct.
- We may suspend or terminate your enrolment, without refund, for conduct that endangers patient safety, breaches confidentiality, or seriously breaches hospital rules.
7. Certification
On successful completion, and subject to the attendance and assessment requirements, we issue a DocLearnings programme certificate. That certificate records professional training. It is not a medical degree, it is not a qualification awarded by a university or a statutory council, and it does not extend the legal scope of practice attached to your existing qualification. See our disclaimer.
8. Career support
Career support, where offered, includes guidance on resumes, interview preparation and introductions where they are available. It is assistance, not a placement guarantee. We do not promise employment, a salary level or a particular role.
9. Intellectual property
The content of this website and all programme materials belong to DocLearnings or its licensors. You may use programme materials for your own learning during and after your programme. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell or publish them without our written permission.
10. Third-party links
This website may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of earnings or opportunity, arising from your use of this website or participation in a programme. Our total liability in connection with a programme is limited to the fees you paid for it.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page, dated above. Material changes affecting an enrolled learner will be communicated directly.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
