How we work
Our programmes exist inside other people's hospitals, which means most of what we do is coordination that has to be right the first time. Learners are placed on real wards with real patients, so vagueness costs someone something. We hire people who are comfortable with that and who would rather ask an awkward question early than discover a problem in week three.
Practically, that means clear written commitments, short decision chains, and a strong preference for talking to the hospital or the learner directly rather than about them. If you want a role where you can see the effect of your work on named people, this is that kind of place.
