About DocLearnings

Clinical education that happens where medicine happens

We build hospital-based programmes for AYUSH and Pharm.D graduates.

  • Hospital-Based
  • Physician-Guided
  • Career Support

Why we exist

India produces capable AYUSH and pharmacy graduates every year, yet a great many finish their degrees having spent very little time on a hospital ward. They know pathology and pharmacology. What they have not had is the chance to sit with a patient, form a view, and have that view examined by an experienced clinician.

We close that gap.

A clinician taking a patient blood pressure reading in a clinic.
A hospital team in scrubs gathered on a ward.

How we work

Our programmes run for six months inside partner hospitals. Learners join the daily rhythm of a department, supervised by experienced clinicians, and take on real clinical work within the scope their qualification allows. Classroom teaching runs alongside the rotations rather than ahead of them.

Real work. Real learning.

What we hold ourselves to

  • Patient safety first

Learners work within the scope their qualification allows, always under a named supervising clinician. No exceptions, on any ward.

  • Honest claims

We say plainly what our certificate is and what it is not. If a claim cannot be evidenced, it does not go on this website.

  • Supervision that is real

Supervision ratios are agreed with the hospital before a cohort starts, and we will tell you what yours is when you ask.

  • Careers, not enrolments

Career support is part of the programme rather than an upsell, and we measure ourselves on where learners end up.

  • 4,000+ Learners Trained
  • 120+ Partner Hospitals
  • 4.8/5 Learner Rating
  • 90%+ Career Outcomes

How we teach and who we teach with

Our academic approach

  • Rotations are timetabled, so you know where you will be and what you are expected to cover.
  • Teaching is case-led, built around patients on your own ward rather than generic examples.
  • Assessment is continuous and portfolio-based, with a final case-based assessment.

Working with hospitals

  • Partner hospitals are not sponsors. They are the places the training actually happens.
  • We agree units, supervision ratios and scope of work in writing before a cohort starts.
  • The relationship is built on what a department can genuinely support, not on volume.

Learner Success Stories

  • DocLearnings transformed my understanding of patient care. The mentor-led approach and real hospital exposure gave me the confidence to start my clinical career.

Dr. Anjali SharmaFellowship in Integrated Internal Medicine
  • The ward rounds were the turning point. Presenting a case to a consultant every morning taught me more in a month than a year of reading ever did.

Dr. Karthik MenonFellowship in Integrated Diabetes Medicine
  • As a Pharm.D graduate I wanted bedside exposure, not more theory. The physician assistant programme put me on the floor from week one.
