How a partnership starts
Introductory call
We understand your departments, your capacity and what you would like the partnership to achieve.
Site and scope review
A visit to agree units, supervision ratios, learner scope of work and the practical logistics.
Written agreement
Terms, responsibilities, escalation routes and any stipend arrangement, all documented.
First cohort
We run orientation, place the learners and review how it went with you at the midpoint and at the end.
